Selection of tooling fabrics

1. Selection principle

The selection of workwear fabrics requires the selection of suitable fabrics to make workwear according to the characteristics and industry of the workwear you need. Its hygroscopicity, water absorption, heat preservation, ventilation, gas-containing properties, thermal conductivity, thermal radiation resistance, water resistance, sweat resistance, etc. can protect the human body from external and internal pollution. Dust, soot, industrial gas and its dust, etc., these require that the selection of tooling fabrics should be determined according to the actual situation.

2. The advantages of commonly used tooling fabrics

Full-process polyester card: clear texture, smooth surface, no fading, no pilling, anti-shrinkage, easy to machine wash. Composition: Polyester 65%, Cotton 35%. Width: 150CM. Dimensions: 21x21 124x69. Custom fabrics for work clothes.

Full-process polyester cotton yarn card: clear texture, smooth and thick cloth surface, not easy to fade, anti-pilling, anti-wear and washable, moisture-absorbing and breathable. Composition: Polyester 65%, Cotton 35%. Weave: 3/1 twill weave. Width: 150CM. Size: 20x16 128x60.

Chef's Grid: Soft and comfortable hand feel, good moisture absorption and breathability, no pilling, it is the best fabric for chef clothes. Composition: Polyester 65%, Cotton 35%. Weight: 315-325 g/m. Width: 150-155CM.

Seiko: (also thickened and anti-static) -- the fabric is made of polyester filament interwoven with cotton yarn, with twill as the surface. Comfortable, hygroscopic and breathable properties. Composition: 55% polyester, 45% cotton. Weave: 1/2 twill weave. Process: Environmentally friendly dyeing. Weight: 255-265 g/m (thickening: 325-335 g/m). Width: 150CM.

Antistatic silk: It is made of imported conductive fiber and chemical fiber as raw materials and processed by advanced technology. It is suitable for conductive industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, electronics, and coal mines. Composition: Warp: 100D polyester elastic filament plus 30D antistatic filament; Weft: 100D lustrous filament. Process: Environmentally friendly dyeing. Weight 190-200 g/m. Width: 150-155CM.

High-quality Oxford spinning: It is made of polyester fiber and double-strand cotton. It has the characteristics of clear and generous lines, combination of dots and nets, high cotton content, comfortable wearing, and neatness. Weave: 1/1 plain weave. Weight: 195-205 g/m. Width: 145CM.

Cotton yarn card: clear texture, smooth and thick cloth surface, not easy to fade, anti-pilling, dimensionally stable, wear-resistant and washable, moisture-absorbing and breathable, not easy to generate static electricity, and good affinity to the skin. Composition: 100% Cotton. Weave: 3/1 twill weave. Process: mercerized singeing, shrink-resistant large-scale pad dyeing, and all-process environmentally friendly dyeing. Width: 150-155CM. Specifications: 20X16 128X60.

Full-process polyester and flat: wide and wrinkle-resistant, good drape, smooth and flat surface, moisture-absorbing and breathable, wear-resistant, no pilling, strong color fastness, and excellent polyester-cotton effect! Composition: Polyester 65%, Cotton 35%. Weave: 1/1 plain weave. Width: 150CM. Specifications: 21X21 100X53.

Wool fabric: The fabric spun from pure wool has the advantages of warmth, thickness and good visual effect. But it is easy to wrinkle, deform, moth-eaten, and shrink, and its care is more troublesome than linen and cotton. When choosing a shirt of this fabric, it is generally only purchased in winter.

Silk fabric: It is pure mulberry white woven silk fabric, which is recognized as the most luxurious fabric in the world. It naturally exudes a beautiful luster. The high-weight silk fabric has always been the fabric of top luxury shirts. The traditional and extravagant velvet fabric reinterprets the elegant and noble gentleman's temperament. Because silk fabrics are cumbersome to take care of and maintain, they are more "aristocratic".

Linen fabric: This fabric is called the nobility of shirt fabrics and is the best raw material for shirts. It has the advantage of being comfortable to wear, soft and sweat-wicking. But it is extremely wrinkled, deformed, stained or discolored.

100% chemical fiber fabric: This fabric is a textile made of fibers made of polymer compounds as raw materials. Its advantages are bright colors, soft texture, crisp drape, smooth and comfortable. Their disadvantages are poor wear resistance, heat resistance, hygroscopicity and air permeability, easy to deform when heated, and easy to generate static electricity. Although it can be used to make all kinds of clothing, the overall grade is not high, and it is difficult to be elegant.
